# Support

For a question or a problem with Fieldwerk, email [support@fieldwerk.ai](mailto:support@fieldwerk.ai). Many answers are also in this help centre, and if your AI assistant is connected to Fieldwerk it can look them up for you.

## Ask your AI to look it up

Your AI can read every page of this help centre and the descriptions of Fieldwerk's tools, which explain how each one works and what it can and can't do. AI tools find the full list of pages at [help.fieldwerk.ai/llms.txt](https://help.fieldwerk.ai/llms.txt), and every page has a Markdown copy they can read.

## Email support

Email [support@fieldwerk.ai](mailto:support@fieldwerk.ai). It helps to include:

- your workspace's name;

- a link to the memo, collection or file it's about;

- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead;

- a screenshot or screen recording, if it shows the problem;

- whether you were in a browser (and which one), the Mac app, or an AI tool.

## Let support see your account

If it would help us to see what you see, you can let the Fieldwerk support team view your account for a set time. It stays off unless you turn it on.

1. Open **Personal settings** and go to **Support access**.

2. Choose how long to allow: **1 hour**, **8 hours** or **24 hours**.

Access turns itself off when the time is up. To end it sooner, click **Turn off**.

## Billing questions

Plans, prices and how seats are counted are on [Choose a plan and manage billing](https://help.fieldwerk.ai/h2165qrkw6/choose-a-plan-and-manage-billing.md), and current prices are on [fieldwerk.ai/pricing](https://fieldwerk.ai/pricing).

A workspace's owner manages its billing. Open **Workspace settings**, go to **Billing**, and click **Manage billing** on the **Plan** card to update your card, see invoices or cancel.

## Privacy and your data

To ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, or for us to act on it for you, email [privacy@fieldwerk.ai](mailto:privacy@fieldwerk.ai). Our [Privacy Policy](https://fieldwerk.ai/privacy) explains what we collect, why, and how we respond to requests.

You can delete your own account, or a workspace you own; see [Delete your account or workspace](https://help.fieldwerk.ai/lywput0uea/delete-your-account-or-workspace.md).
