# Connect ChatGPT to Fieldwerk

Once connected, ChatGPT can save, find, edit and share memos for you, in your account with your access. It works on any ChatGPT plan, Free included. ChatGPT connects to Fieldwerk through developer mode. Turn it on, add Fieldwerk with the address below, approve the connection in Fieldwerk, then allow its actions.

## Add Fieldwerk to ChatGPT

1. In ChatGPT, click your name or avatar at the bottom left.

2. Choose **Security and Login** and turn on developer mode.

3. In the same menu, go to **Plugins**.

4. Click **+** at the top right.

5. Add Fieldwerk with the address `https://mcp.fieldwerk.ai/mcp`.

6. Sign in to Fieldwerk when asked and approve the connection. The approval page is described in [Connect Claude to Fieldwerk](https://help.fieldwerk.ai/pz1hhc2mwy/connect-claude-to-fieldwerk.md#approve-the-connection); it's the same for every AI tool.

7. Back in **Plugins**, select Fieldwerk and, under permissions, choose **Allow all actions**.

## Check it works

In a new chat:

```

## Disconnect ChatGPT
