What Fieldwerk is
Fieldwerk is one place where your team and your AI assistant work from the same notes. You write plans, decisions and client knowledge as memos. Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant connected to Fieldwerk reads and writes those same memos, with your access. What came out of a good chat lands where your team can find it, and your assistant can pick it up again next week.
Here is what that looks like. You finish a client call and ask your assistant to save the summary into that client's collection. It files the memo the way the collection's instructions say and sets the status, and your colleague sees it on the board a moment later. Next week someone asks the assistant what was agreed, and it answers from the memo, not from memory.
It suits anyone who uses an AI assistant every day and wants their knowledge somewhere both they and the assistant can reach: an agency keeping client notes, a product team keeping decisions, or one person keeping research.
What it's made of
A memo is a page, written in Markdown, with its own link. Several people and assistants can edit it at once, and every change is kept.
A collection is a project's home. It holds the memos about one client, product or team, decides who can see them, tracks properties like status, shows them as a list, board or table, and carries standing instructions that tell people and assistants how it's used.
A workspace holds your collections, your team and your plan.

Why teams use it
Knowledge stops being stuck in one chat. Your assistant saves what matters as a memo, in the right collection, so the team and every future chat can use it.
The board keeps itself current. A collection's board shows memos by status. Your assistant moves them along as work happens, and everyone sees the same thing.
What you write can go on the web. Publish a collection as a read-only site, such as this help centre, with nothing copied anywhere else.
