Sign in and keep your account secure

There's no Fieldwerk password to remember or leak: you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, your Google or Microsoft account, or a passkey. Two-factor sign-in adds a second step so a stolen inbox isn't enough to get in, and a Pro workspace can require it of everyone, which is what lets you hand client work to a team with confidence.

Turn on two-factor sign-in

  1. Open your account menu (your name or picture at the bottom of the sidebar) and choose Profile.

  2. Under Security, add an authenticator app as your second step, and save your backup codes somewhere safe.

Require two-factor for your workspace

On Pro, the owner or an admin turns on Require two-factor authentication under Workspace settings, Security & Access. You need two-factor on your own account first. Anyone without it is asked to Set up two-factor before they can open anything in the workspace, and that includes guests.

See and remove connected apps

Personal settings, Connections lists the AI apps that can read and edit your memos as you. Each one works with your access and no more. Revoke any you don't recognise, and anything you've stopped using.

Use more than one account

If you have a work account and a personal one, or work for two clients, you can stay signed in to both and switch without signing out. Open the workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar and choose Add another account. Each account's workspaces then sit under it in the same switcher.

Sign out

Choose Sign out from your account menu. If you share a computer, sign out when you're done, since a one-time code is all it takes to sign back in.
