Present a memo as slides
Open the memo's ⋯ menu and choose Start presentation. The memo shows full screen as slides, with each divider starting a new slide. Use the arrow keys to move between slides, and press Esc when you're done. There's nothing to export, so you present the current version of the memo, and anything you or your AI change shows next time you present.
Split the memo into slides
Slides break wherever the memo has a divider (a horizontal line). To add one, type / and choose Divider, or type --- on its own line. A memo with no dividers shows as one slide.
If a slide has an image or an artifact, the first one is shown beside the text. See Format a memo with headings, tables, images and more for dividers, images and the rest.
Your AI can do the splitting for you:
In Fieldwerk, ask me which memo to turn into slides. Suggest where to put dividers so each slide covers one point, and show me the slide breaks before you add them. Only edit the memo once I agree.Present
Open the memo, then open its ⋯ menu and choose Start presentation.
Move forward with the right or down arrow, Space, Enter or Page Down. Go back with the left or up arrow, Backspace or Page Up. Home and End jump to the first and last slide. On a touch screen, swipe.
You can also use the Previous slide and Next slide buttons on screen, and Fullscreen to fill the screen.
Press Esc, or click the exit button, to go back to the memo.
