This help site is a general guide to using Fieldwerk. We work to keep it accurate, but Fieldwerk changes often, so a page can sometimes be out of date or describe something a little differently from how it works for you. These pages explain; they don't make promises. What we commit to is in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

What these pages are for

• Learning how Fieldwerk works. How features behave, how to do things, and habits that tend to work well.

• General guidance, not advice for your situation. Nothing here is legal, security, compliance or professional advice. If you need to rely on how Fieldwerk handles something for a decision that matters, check with us first.

• Examples, not instructions you must follow. Example prompts, settings and setups show one way to do something. Your AI may respond differently, so check what it did before you rely on it.

What wins if something differs

• The product. If a page and Fieldwerk itself differ, Fieldwerk is how it works today.

• Our Terms and Privacy Policy. They govern your use of Fieldwerk. Nothing on this site adds to them or changes them.

• Plans and prices. Your workspace's billing settings and checkout show the current plans, prices and limits.
